Venue Package:
Our rate is $5400.00 for the venue
Fridays and Saturdays 11am to 10pm (You may purchase extra time) 
The deposit to hold your date is $1000.00
The balance would be monthly payments on the $4400.00
Includes: Tables, Chairs, White Linens, White Chair Covers
The lighting and Swags you see in the pictures.
We do our own bartending and charge 25 hour plus tips.
Wedding Saver Package:
6 Hours of Venue Time. Venue opens at 11 am.
Our rate is $3600.00 for the venue for 50 and under.
Over 6 hours will be an extra charge.
Fridays or Saturdays in September and October are not available at this price.

All Inclusive Designer Package for 150:
$10,500.00 Includes:
Venue for the day 11am to 10pm
Catering with a top caterer includes full meal and 2 hors d'oeuvres, lemonade, Ice Tea
Linens, Decor and Table Settings for 150 people
The deposit to hold your date is $1500.00

Caterers - I have preferred lists that you must choose from. The best food around with my catering choices
Djs - I have preferred lists that you must choose from. Only the best around will do.

Indoor Weddings
The venue is a beautiful rustic elegant all wood post and beam style barn with the most gorgeous chandeliers.
A must see is the stunning grand staircase transcending down from the loft, a perfect setting for your indoor wedding.
Yes we are Air conditioned and heated for your convenience.
Outdoor Weddings
Your choice of areas: 
The beautiful vintage doors set atop a wood deck create a stunning back-drop for weddings and pictures.
The beautiful Arbor sets on a wood deck landscaped with beautiful flowers adorned on each side.
Beautiful arches and whiskey barrels to move around to create your own stye.

Wedding Designer Packages by My Wedding Dream Team:
Includes everything you need for a wedding from table settings, linens, centerpieces etc. (fresh flowers are extra)
Design Packages are in addition to the venue price.
Includes Friday to see it all and Rehearse for 1.5 hours.
